Terms of Sale

Archived version 2026-11-01 of our Terms of Sale, kept so every order can be read against the text agreed to. The current terms are at /terms/.

Last updated: November 1, 2026 (version 2026-11-01)

Thanks for shopping with Damon Howatt. We are a small shop in Cottage Grove, Oregon, and every bow we sell is built by hand, one at a time. These terms explain how buying from damonhowatt.com works: how orders are accepted, how reserving a bow built to order works, what a deposit means, what happens when something is out of stock or mispriced, how payment and tax work, and what we each agree to. We have tried to keep it in plain English. If anything here is unclear, just ask us before you pay.

By placing an order or reserving a bow on damonhowatt.com, you agree to these Terms of Sale, our Shipping & Returns page, and our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Damon Howatt bows are made and sold by Damon Howatt Productions LLC, 31034 Gowdyville Rd, Cottage Grove, OR 97424, USA.

  • Email: HowattArchery@Gmail.com
  • Phone: +1 541-870-4661

When we say "we", "us" or "Damon Howatt" in these terms, we mean Damon Howatt Productions LLC. "You" means the person placing the order or making the reservation.

What these terms cover

These terms cover three kinds of purchase on damonhowatt.com:

  • Cart orders: bows, strings, accessories and other items bought from stock through the cart and checkout.
  • "Buy this bow" orders: an in-stock bow bought from its own page, with any add-ons you pick, paid in full. These are handled like cart orders.
  • Reservations: a bow built to order for you from one of our model pages (see Reservations: bows built to order below).

They do not cover:

  • Purchases from an authorized dealer. Those are between you and the dealer, though our Limited One-Year Warranty still applies to the bow (see Warranty below).
  • Giveaways and sweepstakes. Each promotion has its own official rules, which control for that promotion. For example, the SN# 24169 Giveaway has its own rules page on this site.
  • Dealer or wholesale accounts. Dealer pricing and terms are provided separately once a dealer application is approved.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or make a reservation. If you are younger, please have a parent or legal guardian do it for you.

Placing an order

Cart and "Buy this bow" orders. When you press the pay button, you are making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we ship your order. Until then, we can decline or cancel an order for any reason, including the reasons in the next sections. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Our automatic order confirmation email confirms that we received your order and your payment, and it serves as your receipt. It is not yet acceptance of the order; acceptance happens when we ship, as described above.

Reservations. A reservation becomes an order when your payment (in full, or the deposit) goes through. That is when we accept it, your build-start week is set, and your price is locked. Our confirmation email is your receipt and your record of what you agreed to. After that, we cancel a reservation only for a reason given in Pricing, availability and honest mistakes, Payment or If your bow is not finished by the end of the estimated window, or if we cannot build the bow, and in each of those cases we refund everything you paid, including any deposit.

Please press the pay button once and give the page a moment to finish. If anything goes wrong at checkout, email or call us and we will take care of it. If a duplicate order does slip through, tell us and we will cancel and refund the extra one.

Pricing, availability and honest mistakes

All prices are in US dollars. Prices, sale prices, options and stock levels can change at any time without notice. The price shown when you pay is the price you pay. For a reservation, see Your price is locked when you pay below.

Most of what we sell from stock is a one-of-a-kind bow with a serial number, and once it sells it is gone. As our product pages put it: "Each bow will show as SOLD OUT once sold and will not be available until we either put more bows in process, or have new available stock."

We are a small team and we make mistakes. If a listing or a model page shows an obviously wrong price, a wrong draw weight or handedness, or stock we no longer have, we may cancel the affected order or reservation and refund you in full, even after you receive a confirmation email. We will tell you why.

Some products have quantity limits, which are stated on the listing. For example, the printed catalog is limited to one per order (it is free; you pay its shipping) and the premium bow sock has a limit of five per person at its sale price. If an order exceeds a stated limit, we may reduce the quantity and refund the difference, or cancel the excess.

One-of-a-kind inventory and order cancellation

While you are paying, the items in your order are held for you for a short time (currently 30 minutes) so that nobody else can buy them out from under you. If you do not complete payment in that time, the hold is released and the items go back on sale. Because many bows are single units, two people can still occasionally try to buy the same bow within moments of each other. If that happens, the first order that completes payment gets the bow and we cancel and fully refund the other. We will let you know.

If a bow is damaged, lost or otherwise unavailable before it ships, we will contact you and offer a comparable bow, a build slot for a new one, or a full refund. The choice is yours.

Cancelling a cart or "Buy this bow" order. If you change your mind before your order ships, email us with your order number and we will cancel and refund it in full. Once an order has shipped, use the return process on our Shipping & Returns page instead. For backordered or in-process bows, see the next section. Reservations have their own cancellation rules (see Cancelling a reservation below).

Blemished ("blem") and discounted bows

We grade bows on a simple scale and say so in the listing title, for example "10/10", "9/10" or "8/10". A 10/10 bow has no cosmetic flaws we could find. A 9/10 or 8/10 bow is sold at a discount because it has a cosmetic blemish, which we describe and photograph on the listing. In our own words from those listings:

"Blemished: This bow may have some small blemishes that does not affect usability or warranty and is discounted to reflect this fact."

"The blemish on this bow does not affect functionality or performance and comes with the same 1-YR original warranty that all brand news carry."

Blemished bows are brand new, not used. As every bow listing states: "ALL BOWS ARE NEW WITH A MAX OF 5-10 TEST SHOTS AND ALL COME WITH A LIMITED 1YR WARRANTY." Blemished bows are covered by the 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee like every other bow we sell (see Returns and the 30-day money-back guarantee).

The blemish is part of the description. Please look at the photos before you order. A cosmetic blemish that was described and shown in the listing is not a defect and is not a basis for a warranty claim.

Backordered and in-process bows

This section is about stock listings in the cart. A bow built to order through a model page is a reservation (see the next section).

We do not automatically take backorders. You can only order a bow that is not yet in stock if the listing is explicitly labelled "Backordered" or "Available on backorder" (or "In Process") and shows a lead time. Everything else is sold only from stock on hand.

Our standard lead time for a backordered bow is around 5–8 weeks. If a listing states a different build time for that particular bow, the listing's time applies to that bow. An "In Process" bow is one where, as a listing says, "Part of this bow is complete, but it still has 3-5 weeks remaining in the build process."

Each bow is hand-built, so lead times can stretch when wood, glass or shop time run short. A lead time is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If we cannot ship your bow by the estimate, we will email you before it passes with a new estimate, and you can cancel for a full refund. If the new estimate is more than 30 days after the original one, or if we have to delay a second time, we will ask you to confirm that you still want the bow; if you have not confirmed by the date in that email and the bow has not shipped, we cancel the order and refund you in full. A delay by itself is not a defect.

Backordered bows are paid in full at checkout, like every other cart order, and the lead time starts once your payment is confirmed.

You can cancel a backordered or in-process bow at any time before it ships, for a full refund. Email us with your order number.

Reservations: bows built to order

Our model pages (for example the Original Hunter or the Black Mamba ELITE) let you reserve a bow that Ryan and our Bowyer Team build by hand for you, in the hand and draw weight you choose. Here is how it works and what you agree to when you pay.

Starting is not reserving

You choose your bow on the model page, then confirm your details, add-ons, shipping, payment plan and build-start week on our reservation page. Until your payment goes through, nothing is charged and nothing is reserved: no build spot is held for you and the price is not locked. Starting a reservation, or saving it for later, only saves your choices so you can finish, and lets us contact you about your build.

If our website cannot reach the store when you start, the model page sends us your details by email instead, and we email you a link to finish. Models we are not building yet have a form to join a list (nothing to pay); we email you when we can build that model, and you then reserve under the terms current at that time.

Your price is locked when you pay

The total shown when you pay (the bow, your add-ons and shipping) is locked at that moment. It does not go up if our prices, add-on prices or carrier rates rise before your bow ships, and it does not go down if they fall. If you pay a deposit, the balance is simply the rest of that locked total. Paying in full or paying the deposit reserves your place in our build schedule, locks your price and sends your order to our workshop.

If you were on our waiting list before October 25, 2026. Under our earlier terms, a reservation request sent from a model page locked in the price shown on that page that day. We honour that: we email you a personal link and code that brings the bow's price down to the price you reserved at. Nothing is charged until you pay through that link, and these terms apply when you do.

Paying in full or with a 50% deposit

When you reserve, you choose one of two payment plans:

  • Pay in full. You pay the whole total now. Nothing more is due later, and your bow ships as soon as it is finished. If you cancel, half of the total is non-refundable (see Cancelling a reservation).
  • 50% deposit. You pay half of the total now (the total includes your add-ons and shipping; half is rounded up to the cent), and the rest when your bow is finished. The deposit is non-refundable, except in the cases where these terms say we refund everything (we cancel, we cannot build the bow, or your bow is late and you cancel before we email you that it is finished; see If your bow is not finished by the end of the estimated window). It pays for building a bow to your specification and keeping it for you.

Either way, you pay by card through the payment form on our site. We do not keep your card on file and we never charge it automatically: every charge happens only when you press the pay button.

The balance is due within 60 days of our "finished" email

If you paid a deposit, we email you when your bow is finished. That email states the balance, the date it is due, and a personal link to pay it. The balance is due by 11:59 pm Pacific time on the 60th day after that email, and the exact date is in the email and on the payment page. We send reminders before the due date, and we will also try to call you.

If the balance is not paid by the due date, the reservation ends: the deposit is kept, and the bow is released for sale to someone else. You will owe nothing further, and we will email you to confirm it. A reminder that did not reach you (for example because it went to spam, or because you marked one of our emails as spam) does not extend the due date, so please keep your email address current and tell us if it changes. If you need more time, ask us before the due date; any extension is only valid if we confirm it in writing.

Your bow ships only once it is paid in full. When you pay the balance, you can change the shipping address to another address in the same country.

Build-start week and build window are estimates

You choose a build-start week from the weeks our reservation page offers. We start builds on Mondays and Tuesdays. The weeks and dates offered depend on our shop's schedule; a date shown as unavailable is simply not offered. The week you choose is our target for starting your bow, not a booked appointment, and the page does not show you a waiting line or anyone else's order.

From the build-start week, a bow usually takes the lead time shown on its model page and in your reservation agreement when you reserve. That is an estimated build window, not a promised date, and it can be extended. A rebuild, which rarely happens, can add 2-3 weeks. Your confirmation email shows the window in which we expect to finish your bow. We email you when Ryan and our Bowyer Team start your build and when it is finished, and your personal status link shows where it stands. From the last day of the window, that page has a Request an update button that reaches the workshop directly.

If we move your build-start week, we will tell you and give you a new estimate.

If your bow is not finished by the end of the estimated window

If your bow is not finished by the last day of its estimated window (the one in your confirmation, or the new one we sent you if we moved your build-start week), we email you on that day with a revised finish date (normally three weeks after the window ends) and a Request an update button. You may then keep waiting, or cancel and get a full refund of everything you paid, including the deposit. If you choose to wait, you can still cancel for a full refund at any time until we email you that your bow is finished.

If we move your build-start week later (other than at your request), the email telling you about the move gives you the same choice, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time until we email you that your bow is finished. If a move puts your window more than 30 days past the one in your confirmation, or we have to delay your bow a second time (for example it also misses its revised finish date, or the end of a window we moved later), we will ask you to confirm that you still want the bow; if you have not confirmed by the date in that email, we cancel and refund everything you paid.

Cancelling a reservation

You can cancel by replying to any of our emails or by calling us. Half of the total is non-refundable on either payment plan: once you pay, your place in our build schedule is held and your order goes to our workshop for a bow made to your specification, and that half covers that commitment and the work. "Half of the total" is the same amount a deposit would have been.

  • Paid in full: we refund the other half, at any time before your bow ships.
  • Paid a deposit: the deposit is kept; if you had already paid the balance, we refund the balance.
  • If your bow is late (from the last day of its estimated window, or after we moved your build-start week later other than at your request; see If your bow is not finished by the end of the estimated window) and you cancel before we email you that it is finished, or if we cancel or cannot build your bow: we refund everything you paid, including the deposit.

We may refund more than these rules require at our discretion; that is our choice, not a promise. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Changing your bow

Before your build starts, you can ask us to change the hand, draw weight or length by replying to your confirmation email or calling us; we will confirm by email if we can. A change that would change the price (for example a different model, or the Savannah's other inlay) cannot be made to a paid reservation. Once the build has started, the specification cannot be changed.

What comes with your bow, and add-ons

Every reserved bow comes with a matching string, a rest plate and a basic stringer, shown as included (FREE) when you reserve. You may untick an included item; your bow then ships without it, and there is no credit for it. Add-ons you choose, and any optional paid extras we offer on made-to-order reservations, are charged at the price shown when you reserve; the "with your bow" prices apply only when a bow is in the same order.

Switching to an in-stock bow

While you are reserving, we may offer you a matching bow that is already built and ready to ship. If you switch, your order becomes an in-stock order: it is paid in full, it ships within our usual in-stock time, and the rules for in-stock bows apply to it (including our 30-day money-back guarantee).

Your agreement record and card disputes

When you pay for a reservation or a "Buy this bow" order, the payment page shows you a checkbox with the key terms for your plan (for a deposit: the deposit amount, that it is non-refundable, and the 60-day balance rule; for a reservation paid in full: that half of the total is non-refundable if you cancel). You cannot pay without ticking it. When you do, we record:

  • the date and time you agreed;
  • the IP address and the browser and device description your browser sent;
  • the version of these Terms of Sale shown to you (this version is 2026-11-01); and
  • a fingerprint (a cryptographic hash) of the exact checkbox text you agreed to.

We keep this record with your order, repeat it in your confirmation email, and every version of these terms stays published at its own address (see Changes to these terms), so the record always points to the exact text you accepted.

By ticking the box and pressing the pay button, you expressly authorize us to charge your card the amount shown on the button, and you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, including the non-refundable deposit or half of the total, and the balance deadline, where they apply. The charge appears on your statement from Damon Howatt, and you also receive a receipt from Stripe, our card processor; that is the same charge, not a second one.

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first: we can usually sort it out the same day, and a refund we owe you is faster than a dispute. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we will give them your agreement record, these terms and our emails to you. A dispute is not a way to recover a deposit or a part of the price that these terms make non-refundable, and we will contest such disputes. While a dispute about a reservation is open, we may pause work on the bow.

Product descriptions and natural materials

Every Damon Howatt bow is "100% Hand-Crafted in the USA" from natural wood, fiberglass and, on some models, carbon fiber. Grain, color and figure vary from bow to bow. For one-of-a-kind listings, the photos show the actual bow you will receive. For a bow built to order, the photos on the model page show the model, not your bow. For stock items like strings and stickers, photos are representative ("Please see photos for the actual stickers you will be receiving" means the sticker designs, not a specific physical sheet).

Draw weights are marked at a 28-inch draw unless the listing says otherwise. As one listing explains, "If your draw is higher than 28″, weight will increase by around 1.4LB per inch of draw". Where a listing gives an "exact draw" figure, that is the weight we measured on that bow. Otherwise, actual draw weight may vary slightly from the marked weight, which is normal for hand-built bows.

Each bow ships with a full-flemish string, an arrow rest, a basic bow stringer, a manual and a shipping box, as described on the listing, unless you chose to leave out one of the included items when you ordered. Optional add-ons and upgrades (silencers, premium stringer, bow sock) are only included if you selected and paid for them.

Payment

We accept payment by credit and debit card through Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form and are never stored on, or sent through, our own servers. Stripe may run fraud checks on your payment.

Your card is charged in full when you pay for a cart or "Buy this bow" order, including for backordered bows. For a reservation, you are charged the full total or the 50% deposit when you pay, and the balance only when you pay it through the link we email you (see Reservations: bows built to order). All charges are in US dollars; if your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a fee.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we may hold or cancel the order or reservation and ask you to verify your identity or billing details before we build or ship.

Sales tax

We are based in Oregon, which has no sales tax, and we do not charge sales tax on any order, wherever it ships. Your order total shows a sales tax line of $0.00. If your own state asks you to report use tax on out-of-state purchases, that is between you and your state.

On orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be collected by the carrier or customs authority before delivery; they are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipping

We ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom; other countries are not currently served. Shipping options and prices are shown before you pay and depend on what is in your order and where it is going. You pay the shipping price shown when you pay; for a reservation that price is part of your locked total and does not change before your bow ships. For international orders, duties, import taxes and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. Processing times, carriers, and what to do about a lost or damaged package are all on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms.

Returns and the 30-day money-back guarantee

We stand behind every bow we sell, from stock or built to order for you, with a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee: if you do not like it, tell us within 30 days of delivery and send it back for a full refund minus shipping charges. You pay the return shipping. A bow returned in its original condition, without scratches or blemishes beyond any shown on its listing, is refunded in full minus shipping charges. A bow returned with scratches or blemishes that mean we must sell it as used is still accepted, and a $200 restocking fee is deducted from the refund. We can still decline a return for misuse, abuse or damage beyond cosmetic marks. We refund within 30 days of receiving the bow back. Strings, stringers, bow socks and stickers are covered too, as our footer says: if you do not like one, tell us within the same 30 days and send it back in the condition it left here for a refund of its price (the shipping you paid is not refunded, and you pay to send it back). The printed catalog is free, so there is nothing to refund. The details are on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms.

Warranty

Every new Damon Howatt bow, including a bow built to order, comes with a Limited One-Year Warranty against defects in material and workmanship, given to the original purchaser by Damon Howatt Productions LLC. The full warranty, including everything it does and does not cover and the step-by-step claim process, is on our bow registration page, is summarized on our Shipping & Returns page, and is part of these terms. In short:

  • How long. One year from the date of original purchase (the date on your order confirmation or dealer receipt; for a reserved bow, the date it ships to you).
  • Who. The original purchaser only. The warranty is not transferable.
  • Registration. Please register your bow on our registration page within 30 days of purchase. Registration records your purchase and gets you expedited support; if you did not register, you can still make a claim by showing proof of purchase.
  • Not covered. Strings, rests, stringers and other accessories; normal wear; cosmetic blemishes described in a blem listing; and damage from misuse, such as dry-firing, arrows lighter than 10 grains per pound of draw weight, the wrong brace height, stringing a bow without a stringer, heat, or alterations.
  • What we do. Repair the bow, or replace it if it cannot be repaired. Ask us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping a bow; you pay shipping to us, and we pay the return shipping if the claim is covered.

The Limited One-Year Warranty is the only express warranty we give on a bow. Strings, stringers, stickers, bow socks and other accessories are sold without a written warranty; if one arrives defective, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. See Disclaimer of other warranties below.

Safety: please read before you shoot

A bow stores a lot of energy and can hurt you or someone else if it is misused or damaged. Our registration page says it plainly: a bow is inherently dangerous if it is misused, damaged or neglected, and by purchasing or using our products you agree to use them safely and to take responsibility for how you use them.

By buying and using our products, you agree to the following:

  • Read the manual before you string or shoot the bow. Every bow ships with one.
  • Use a bow stringer, every time. "Twisting your bow between your legs to string your bow is not recommended and will void your bow warranty."
  • Never dry-fire. Shooting the bow without an arrow can destroy it and injure you.
  • Use arrows that are heavy enough. Our warranty excludes damage from shooting arrows lighter than 10 grains per pound of the bow's marked draw weight. Lighter arrows behave like a partial dry-fire.
  • Use the correct spine and brace height for your bow, as given in the manual or on the listing.
  • Inspect the bow before every session. Stop shooting immediately if you see a crack, a lifted lamination, a twisted limb, string fraying or anything else unusual, and contact us.
  • Store the bow unstrung, dry, and out of heat (not in a hot vehicle).
  • Supervise young archers. Youth-sized bows are still real bows.
  • Know and follow your local laws on archery, hunting seasons, and where you may shoot.

If you are not willing to accept these responsibilities, do not use the bow. For any bow we sell, once it has been delivered, contact us for a full, no-questions-asked return and refund before you use the bow or open the sealed plastic bag it ships in; you pay the shipping charges back to our shop. That offer is part of our 30-day money-back guarantee: an unopened, unused bow returned within the 30-day window is refunded in full except for shipping charges.

Disclaimer of other warranties

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY ON BOWS DESCRIBED ABOVE, WE SELL OUR PRODUCTS AS DESCRIBED ON THE LISTING AND WITHOUT ANY OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE FOR BOWS, AND TO 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This section does not take away any right that the law does not let us limit.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • Our total liability for any order or reservation is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost hunts, travel costs, or damage to arrows, targets or other equipment, arising from a product, from a delay in building or shipping, or from your use of the store.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You may have other rights that vary from state to state.

Your information, your links and your conduct

We do not offer customer accounts. Every order is a guest checkout: you enter your contact and shipping details for that order, and we email you the order confirmation, build updates, tracking and any refund notices at the address you gave us. Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct.

Our reservation emails contain personal links (to finish your reservation, see its status, or pay the balance). Anyone who has a link can use it, so please do not share them. If you think a link has been shared by mistake, tell us and we will replace your links.

You agree to give us accurate contact and shipping information, and not to use the store for fraud, resale under a false identity, or anything illegal.

Giveaways and sweepstakes

From time to time we run giveaways. Each one has its own official rules posted on this site (for example, the SN# 24169 Giveaway rules), including eligibility, entry methods, and the states where it is void. Those rules, not these Terms of Sale, govern that promotion.

Dealers

If you bought your bow from an authorized dealer, your purchase, returns and exchanges are governed by that dealer's policies. Our Limited One-Year Warranty still applies; you can make a claim through the dealer or directly with us.

Governing law

These terms, any order or reservation you place, and our Limited One-Year Warranty are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If something goes wrong: dispute resolution

We would much rather fix a problem than argue about it. If you have a complaint, email us first at HowattArchery@Gmail.com with your order number. Most issues are solved with a conversation.

If we cannot sort it out between us within 60 days, either of us may bring a claim in the state courts located in Lane County, Oregon (where our shop is located) or in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, and you agree to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Either of us may instead bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court where you live or where we are located.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Every version has a version number (the date it took effect), shown at the top of the page. The version shown to you when you pay is the one that applies to that order or reservation, including its balance, even if we change the terms later.

We keep every version published: this version stays available at /terms/v/2026-11-01/, the version before it (October 30, 2026) at /terms/v/2026-10-30/, the version before that (October 28, 2026) at /terms/v/2026-10-28/, the version before that (October 25, 2026) at /terms/v/2026-10-25/, and the version before that (October 22, 2026) at /terms/v/2026-10-22/. The version number recorded with your order (see Your agreement record and card disputes) tells you which one is yours.

The fine print

  • Entire agreement. These terms (the version that applies to your order), the Shipping & Returns page, the Privacy Policy, your order or reservation confirmation email, and your agreement record are the whole agreement between us for your order or reservation.
  • Severability. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • No waiver. If we let something slide once, that does not mean we have waived our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your order, your reservation or these terms to someone else without our okay. We may assign them if the business is sold or reorganized.
  • Things outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events we cannot reasonably control, such as carrier disruptions, severe weather, wildfire, supplier shortages, or utility outages. This does not take away your right to cancel a late reservation for a full refund (see If your bow is not finished by the end of the estimated window).
